At GV Supreme Engineering we make use of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinery. This process is highly automated and ensures repeatability and high accuracy within production. We are able to expertly provide vertical turning as well as horizontal milling and boring services through our CNC machining capabilities. Our qualified staff members use customer supplied drawings, and interface with our CNC manufacturing equipment, while adhering to the appropriate technical requirements. This automation falls in line with our efforts to eliminate any issues and produce custom parts that adhere to client requirements.

Our CNC Horizontal and Vertical Boring Mills are often used in machining products for clients to tight tolerances. The consistency of workpieces produced through our CNC Machining is excellent, while we are also able to produce more complex items faster thanks to the nature of our CNC Machines and our expertly trained and dedicated staff. We provide our customers with advanced machining services by applying continuous improvements through an integrated quality system based on our ISO 9001 certification.

Our CNC Machining Capabilities are as follows:

• CNC Horizontal Boring and Milling up to X 4000mm x Y 2500mm x Z 1500mm dimensions and a maximum weight of 15 tons.
• CNC Vertical Turning with a maximum swing diameter of 1600mm, a turning diameter of 1250mm, a height of 1350mm and up to a weight of 5 tons.
