This is used in manufacturing and assembly processes to test a part or assembly against the design intent, with the MODUS and PC-DMIS software analysing as needed. A probe conducts exact measurements of any part required in a temperature controlled workshop, and an inspection printout is then produced listing the specific measurement readings, allowing for quality control.
